It's Fun on Foot Adventure Singapore today organised by the National Heritage Board. Hmm.. for those who have not heard about it, it's so called a mini amazing race. Our group, Beyond-ers, consists of Clarice, Liying, Jiali and me but Jiali could not make it in the end so it was left with 3 of us.

The day started for me when I woke up at about 6.15. Went to Chinatown to meet the rest. After registration, we got our map and clues and we planned and strategized our route. We tried to solve the riddles, looked into the directory for any heritage spots, places and buildings and even called some of our family members to help us out.

It was crazy. The "Orange-invasion" flooded the roads and streets. So many people were jay-walking (Ahem, it includes us too) and cars would just horn. There were so much pushing and squeezing around especially at site locations where questions and answers could be found.

Finally, from zone 1 to zone 2 to zone 3, we finished at Labrador Park. Well, no hopes of winning because there were so many answer sheets submitted already. Still, it was great accomplishment! We decided not to wait. We grabbed our goodie bags, bought hot dogs and left.

Next stop was to visit Liying's push cart shop at National Library. Then hanged around for a while and it was off to Kovan for guitar lessons. I was so tired and so was Clarice. We did slept in the train.

Songs we learn in guitar is getting so much harder! I am so dead.. Haha.. Romance De Amor have not been mastered yet. Was taught Robbie Williams's Better Man and Fur Elise. Argh.. Need time to practise!!!

Haha and yes, I am so broke. I decided to pay for guitar lessons and realised that my UOB nets transaction was declined. Simply said, there wasn't enough money to pay! Shucks, had to use my POSB instead. Congrats man.. And yah, I still can go rent a book at Sans Bookshop for $16.50. I want to buy the book but I guess I need the cash back.

Where have all the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ gone?
